4- Not drinking enough Water – Vision Problems:

Water is needed for various organ of our body to function. When body is not adequately hydrated organ may suffer which includes eyes. When eyes stop producing tears which are no longer lubricated and leads to dry eye, eye strain and vision problems.

You should drink 8 glasses of water (each 8 ounce (0.3 kg) glasses) each day, to avoid problem by this reason of weak eyesight. However, based on body weight, health conditions, level of activities and other influences, different people need different amounts of water to stay hydrated. Most healthy people can stay well hydrated by drinking water and other fluids whenever they feel thirsty.
