Recipe for Cooking Chicken and veggie Meal:
1- Preheat oven to 220°C
2- Cut vegetables. Place it in separate corners of pan lined with parchment paper.
3- As, Broccoli and Brussels cooks faster. Therefore, keep the cuts thicker. Sweet potatoes and Carrots takes time to cook therefore, cut them thinner.
4- Veggie with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and garlic.
5- Mix both side of Chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and garlic over parchment paper.
6- Seal parchment paper to keep chicken moist on the center of baking pan.
7- Bake for about 30 minutes, until chicken fully cooks and veggie are done to your liking.

Recipe to cook Biryani tonight:
1- Make mixture of tomato yogurt, puree, green chili paste, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam malasa powder, salt and coriander powder.
2- Marinade chicken within same mixture for 3-4 hours.
3- Put oil in pan, heat it and fry onions till these turn in into brown.
4- Now add marinade chicken into it for 10 minutes.
5- After that take rice and add 3 1/2 cups of water into the pressure cooker. Also take pinch of saffron, mix it with milk and add to rice.
6- At last, add cardamom powder and chicken pieces along with the marinade chicken.

Methods of making Mac ‘n’ Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli:
1- Boil pot of water for macaroni
2- Heat medium pan over medium- high heat. Add extra-virgin olive oil with chicken, salt and pepper. Salute for 4 minutes and then add onion and cook for 10 minutes until onions are tender and chicken is fully cooked. Turn off heat.
3- Boil water for pasta and add pasta and salt to season the cooking water. Cook for not more than 5 minutes then add broccoli and again cook for 5 minutes.
4- While pasta cooks, heat medium sauce pot. Add butter and wait till it melts, then add flour, cayenne, paprika and whisk together over heat until it bubbles and then cook for little more. Whisk in milk, stock and raise heat to bring the sauce for quick boil.
5- Drain Broccoli florets. Add mixed chicken with pasta and broccoli on pot.
6- Add Cheese to milk sauce and stir till it melts. Pour sauce over Chicken, broccoli, cooked pasta and stir to combine together. Adjust seasonings and add transfer to large serving platter.

Recipe of making one pot of beef with broccoli:
1- Mix oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch altogether. Initially, sugar dissolves. Place steak pieces into shallow bowl, pour oyster sauce mixture over meat, pour the oyster mixture over meat, stir to coat and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
2- Heat vegetable oil over high-medium heat and stir in mixture of garlic and ginger. Let sizzle in hot oil for 2 minutes to flavor the oil. Then, remove or discard. Stir the broccoli in hot oil until green get tender within 10 minutes. Remove broccoli and set aside.

Recipe of Cooking Special Mutton Daleem to cook tonight:
1- Sock rice, wheat and all lentils for 2 hours in bowl.
2- Add socked rice, wheat, lentils and 2-liter water in pan.
3- Add salt and turmeric and let it being cook for 30 minutes until all ingredients gets tender.
4- When it gets cold grind them all and make paste.
5- Add 5 to 6 cups of water and add mutton, salt, whole spice and turmeric in a separate pan.
6- Cook for 40 minutes until meat get fully cooked and then shared the meat.
7- In pan, heat oil then add onion, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and cook until light brown.
8- Add shredded meat, red chili powder, salt according to the taste, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder and cook for 5 minutes.
9- Add grinded mixture, add two cups of water and mix well with the spoon.
10- Again cook for 10 minutes more.
11- Add squeezed lemon juice in it and your dish is ready now.
12- Preparation time is 45 minutes.
7- Lobia Salad:
