Today, technology is widely used over the world and has made human’s work easier than ever. But along with the benefits it is providing to the humans, technology is also badly affecting human health.

Humans before technology were more healthy and cheerful than today’s human. Most people suffer from anxiety for no apparent reason today and this is because of the overuse of technology.

Let’s explain why humans before technology were healthier.

1. Not Listening To Loud Music

Today’s generation listens to loud music using technology like headphones through earbuds connected to devices like iPod or MP3 players, and they also join music concerts. The inner part of the ear contains tiny hair cells (nerve endings). The hair cells change sound into electric signals. These tiny hair cells are easily damaged by loud sounds.

Humans before technology were not listened to such kinds of music with loudly by headphones, they were considered their ears made for listening to the holy words, that is one of the reasons which humans before technology were healthier than the humans with technology.

2. Not Watching Digital Device’s Screens

Humans before technology did not have digital devices like TV, computers, iPod, etc to look at screens for a long time and waste their time while the humans of today consider watching TV the source of entertainment. They also use the computers for so long that affect the human eye badly.

3. Great Memory

When our brains do not remember a piece of information we know we can easily find it. This is because of technology. That’s why today’s man has no such a sharp memory like humans before technology. Challenging your brain to think is one of the major ways we can keep our brains healthy and our memory sharp. Before technology, Humans challenged their brains to think, they thought, create information, and try to keep it in mind. They were not used the memory drives to save pieces of information, so they are healthier than today’s humans.

4. Early To Bed And Early To Rise

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Humans before technology had no idea of technology and went to bed early and waked up early therefore they were healthier, wise, and active. They had the proper time to sleep and to work. Technology has made every person so busy that people work all day and till late at night due to which today’s humans are lazier than humans before technology.
